To secure a reservation for our exclusive photo booth services, a non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total booked cost is required. Your reservation will be considered confirmed upon receipt of the deposit. The remaining balance must be settled on the date of the booked event.

Should you need to cancel your reservation, rest assured that N&V Photobooth, LLC will honor the value of your deposit towards a future reservation booked within one (1) calendar year of the original scheduled event date.

We understand that plans may change. Clients may request to reschedule the event, subject to availability.

It’s imperative that the Client provides accurate event details, including the date, time, and location. N&V Photobooth, LLC shall not be liable for any issues arising from incorrect event details provided by the Client.

The Client shall ensure adequate parking for N&V Photobooth, LLC’s vehicle during the event. The parking space should be within close proximity to the venue, and any necessary parking permits or passes must be provided by the Client prior to the event date.

Our team will handle the delivery, setup, and removal of the Photobooth at your event’s location. A qualified technician will be onsite to maintain and operate the Photobooth. For self-service packages, a representative will provide setup and a tutorial. The Client is responsible for ensuring appropriate space, access, and power at the venue.

N&V Photobooth, LLC is not liable for failure to perform its obligations due to unforeseen circumstances beyond its control. We will make reasonable efforts to reschedule the event or provide a credit for a future event in such cases.

Upon receiving downloadable links for high-resolution files, you accept responsibility for archiving and protecting the photographs. N&V Photobooth, LLC is not liable for any future changes in digital technology that may affect access to these files.

Where applicable, N&V Photobooth, LLC will design printouts based on material supplied by the Client, subject to approval.

N&V Photobooth, LLC reserves the right to use images produced with its photo booth for promotional purposes. The Client warrants authority to agree to this use of likeness and shall indemnify N&V Photobooth, LLC accordingly.

N&V Photobooth, LLC is not liable for any damage or injury caused by the Client or their guests during the event. The Client is responsible for any damage or loss to our equipment due to misuse. We will not be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages related to our services.

By submitting a booking deposit, you acknowledge and agree to abide by the terms outlined in this agreement. N&V Photobooth, LLC reserves the right to update these terms and conditions, with changes applicable to future bookings.
